According to the implementation plan of the Shanghai University of Engineering Sciences Teaching Quality Month 2020 and the work plan of the electrical engineering teaching and Research Department of the Engineering Training Center for the year 2020, some teachers in the teaching and Research Department held a symposium for students.

Hu Zhi, Zhao Chunfeng and other teachers held a discussion in the engineering Training Center on November 6, 2020, which mainly focused on the teaching effect, teaching content, teaching methods and equipment of electrician technology, electrician and electronic technology and other courses.

In the symposium, students actively spoke and put forward many questions and suggestions, which are summarized as follows:

1、The PPT is very fast, and sometimes the students don't have time to absorb it, hoping that the teacher will use the book in the class and control the speed of the class properly.

2、The basic theoretical knowledge is more abstract, and I hope to talk a little bit more about the problem of the knowledge and the understanding and mastery of knowledge.

3、It is hoped that there will be more physical demonstrations and practical activities, more combination of theory and practice, and more knowledge and interest.

Through this symposium, teachers have a further understanding of the demands of students in the teaching process. I believe it will be of great help in the future teaching process, and the way to improve the teaching quality will be more clear.
