On November 3, 2023, the Electrical & Electronic Teaching Research Division convened a regular meeting in Training Building 1443 with all its teachers. The meeting was chaired by the division's director, Su Shengchao, and focused on implementing several work tasks in the near term:

1.Signing of the Center Asset Inventory List. The inventory list requires signatures from relevant teachers in the division.

2. Registration of Innovative Practice Achievements. Teachers should fill out the registration form sent by Teacher Chen Dexin and submit a summary to the center by November 25.

3. End-of-Term Assessment. For the two courses in Electrical and Electronic Technology, teaching and examination are separated, and the teachers in charge should make arrangements accordingly. This semester, the Teaching Affairs Office did not require separation for the Electrical Technology course, but teachers should still prepare exam questions (based on the past practice of rotating question setting among the course teachers). Additionally, preparations should be actively made to welcome the upcoming offline assessment by undergraduate teaching experts.
